Pomegranate                 

Its botanical name is Punica Granatum. Pomegranate is a fruit that produces mental and physical strength. It strengthens the heart, increases appetite, quenches thirst, has a cooling effect. It relieves fever, increases more sperm, and makes its germs stronger. Pomegranate seeds contain 78% water, 1.6% protein, 1% fat, 1.5% fiber, 14.5% other carbohydrates and 0.7% mineral. In  100 grams juice of pomegranate,  calcium 12 mg, magnesium 70 mg, phosphorus 0.3 mg, iron 0.9 mg, sodium 133 mg, potassium 0.2 mg, copper 2 mg, chlorine 0.6 mg, sulfur 2 mg, chlorine 0.6 mg, thymine, vitamin B, vitamin B2, and 14 mg of vitamin C Are included۔100 ml of pomegranate juice contains 0.45 to 3.47 acidic substances۔

Thirst

Excessive thirst, eating pomegranate or drinking pomegranate juice quenches thirst۔

Nausea or vomiting.

Pomegranate juice should be taken for nausea or vomiting.
