Mint 
It's Commonly used in making mint sauce.

Chemical  elements

Mint contains 83% water, 8% carbohydrates, 8.8% protein, 0.6% fat, 2% fiber, 1.6%. 100g Mint contains 200 mg of calcium, 15.6mg of iron, and 80mg of phosphorus. In addition, there are adequate amounts of carotene and vitamin B complex units in the body.

Benefits

Mint has a warming effect, digests food, increases appetite, stops vomiting, expels flatulence, kills stomach worms, causes sweating, eliminates fever, strengthens the heart, is diuretic, shrinks the uterus, releases menstruation, relieves pain, kills insects, and helps in eliminating skin diseases.

Therapeutic use                              

Indigestion

Mix 5 grams of mint with a little crushed cumin, a little bit of dry garlic, and a little bit of black pepper and salt and drink it to digest food and eliminate indigestion.

 bloating

60 grams mint, 10 grams ginger, 8 grams celery. Boil it in a glass of water, mix it with half a cup of milk and  Jaggery as required, and drink it to get rid of flatulence and bloating. 

Vomiting

Drinking half a cup of mint juice and one lemon juice in half a cup of water stops vomiting.

Diarrhea  and cholera

Mixing lemon juice and salt in the same weight as mint and onion juice and feeding it to the patient from time to time eliminates diarrhea and cholera.

Hiccup


Chewing mint leaves with sugar stops hiccups.                                                                

stomach pain

Combine dried mint and sugar and eat two tablespoons to stop hiccups.

Stomach worms

Drink half a cup of mint juice two or three times a day for two or three days to get rid of stomach worms.

Colds, coughs, and fevers

Boil half a cup of mint juice with half a cup of water and a little pepper and salt and drink it like tea to get relief from cold, cough, and fever.

Weakness of heart

Using mint removes heart weakness.

Urinary incontinence

Drinking mint juice removes the urinary obstruction.

Painful menstruation

Mix a quarter cup of mint juice with a quarter cup of water and drink it two to three times to start menstruation without any problems.

Pain

Applying mint oil on the sore spot relieves the pain۔

Scorpion bite

Applying mint paste on the affected area and drinking half a cup of mint juice gives relief.
