The botanical name of guava is Psidium Guajava. It is rich in vitamin C. Fresh and ripe fruit contains 100 to 160 m/grams of vitamin C per gram. It also contains a lot of calcium and its seeds are rich in iron. That's why its seeds are chewed properly.  Its effect is neither cold nor hot. It helps relieves constipation and cleanses the intestines. Eating  Guava cures many stomach diseases and helps in healing intestinal ulcers. It helps in purifying blood. Eating guava creates strength and vitality in the body. It maintains mental strength and gives strength to the heart and creates strength in the sperm and enhances sexual strength. 

Constipation.

Eating 250 grams of guava clears the stomach and relieves constipation.
