What are the benefits of Ginger

Ginger

The botanical name of ginger is Zanzibar Officinale. Ginger is fragrant and light yellow in color. It is used in spices after drying. 

Chemical elements

Minerals 100 grams of ginger contains 20 mg of calcium, 60 mg of phosphorus, 2.6 mg of iron, ginger also contains some iodine and chlorine, and vitamins A, B, C. And Ginger contain 80.9% water, 12.3% carbohydrates, 2-3% protein, 0.9% fat, 2-4% fiber, and 1.2% minerals.

In dried ginger.

Water is 10.9%, carbohydrate is 3.5%, protein is 15.4%, fiber is 7.2% and total ash is 6.6%. Dried ginger oil is also extracted which is fragrant.

 Benefits

 Ginger has a quick and warm effect, it helps digest food, increase appetite, and has the property of quenching thirst. Ginger is useful in hemorrhoids ، useful in asthma, purifies the blood stimulates the heart and circulatory system, reduces inflammation, the use of ginger prevents cold, reduces the swelling and pain of the heart and  Ginger increases semen and makes them stronger and increases sexual strength, and reduces fever. Dried ginger has a sharp taste, is easily digested, relieves constipation, useful in vomiting and intestinal dysentery and arthritis is very useful in hemorrhoids, abdominal pain, cough, asthma, and benefits the nervous system and increases semen and makes stronger۔

Therapeutic use.                           

Loss of appetite

Eating 5 grams of ginger juice mixed with 5 grams of honey makes you hungry in an hour or two, or Sprinkling rock salt on the ginger stalks and adding lemon juice to them makes you feel more hungry.

Indigestion.

Add half a teaspoon of ginger juice and ten to fifteen drops of lemon juice and a little bit of rock salt in it and use it before and after meals to prevent indigestion.

Constipation

 Ginger cut into thin slices and chewed with  Jaggery in the morning and evening it relieves constipation.

Nausea

 Cut ginger into small pieces and add lemon juice and salt and eat, to stop nausea.

Vomiting

Mix 5 grams ginger and 5 grams onion juice and a little salt and drink it to stop vomiting.

Flatulence

Add 5 grams ginger and 5 grams lemon juice and honey and lick it to get rid of flatulence.

Diarrhea

Mix a teaspoon of ginger juice in half a cup of warm water and drink it two or three times a day, it stops diarrhea.

Caution.

The use of ginger should be avoided in the summer season and in case of blood vomiting. A doctor must be consulted
