The botanical name for figs is Ficus Circa. Fresh figs are delicious and give strength to the body.  Fresh fig contains 80.8% water, 1.3% protein, 17.1% carbohydrates, 0.06% calcium, 0.03% phosphorus. 2 mg of vitamin C 2 mg. Figs are blood purifiers, Increases blood volume, and brightens the complexion. It increases health۔ It relieves constipation. Fig gives strength to the liver and prevents the spleen from growing. This makes the sperm stronger and increases sexual potency.

Eating four figs after a meal relieves constipation.             

Spleen enlargement.

Dried figs should be soaked in vinegar for a week, And eating three or four figs after every meal reduces the swelling of the spleen and cures the disease in a few days.
